Presentation Overview:
HR professionals already have enough on their plates—recruiting, retention, employee relations, compliance, performance issues, burnout, culture challenges, constant change, and the everyday fires that come with supporting an organization. Yet HR often finds itself spending additional time managing the problems created when managers have not been given the tools they need to effectively lead people.

About the Speaker:
Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD is the founder and CEO of Pixel Leadership Group and an international speaker specializing in leadership, assessment, and employee retention. A trained clinical psychologist with approximately 20 years of experience supporting the growth and development of individuals, teams, and organizations, Jamie applies behavioral science to practical workplace leadership challenges. She is also a published author and contributing member of the Forbes Coaches Council and is known for turning leadership science into simple, actionable strategies managers can actually use.
