Practical Tools to Build Resilient Teams
Presentation Overview:
In an era of constant disruption, resilience is no longer simply a “nice-to-have” quality—it has become an important part of how organizations maintain performance, innovation, and employee well-being. When teams operate in survival mode, risk aversion increases, new ideas can disappear, and burnout can quickly take hold.
This session introduces The Bounce Back Factor, a practical approach for helping teams build resilience and navigate change with greater confidence. Drawing from real-world experiences where adaptability is essential, Kat Kibben will provide HR and talent leaders with actionable tools for stabilizing teams during uncertainty, strengthening trust, and creating environments where employees can move beyond simply enduring change and begin using it to move the organization forward.
Learning Objectives:
- Implement the Bounce Back Framework using EQ-based leadership tools to help stabilize teams during periods of organizational change and uncertainty.
- Cultivate innovation through psychological safety by creating team environments where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas and taking thoughtful risks.
- Identify early signs of burnout and shift teams from urgency-based workflows toward more sustainable, purpose-driven productivity.
Lead through uncertainty by modeling confidence, adaptability, and clear decision-making even when the long-term roadmap is incomplete.
