As the National and Local Elections approach, employees may seek out coworkers to talk with them about political candidates or issues.

How can employers maintain a safe and respectful work environment? How do we prevent polarizing conversations that can hurt relationships, reputations, and work productivity?  Know your rights and responsibilities as an employer and learn ways to coach your employees.

About the Speaker
